There is a short time frame left to meet your eCQM requirements for the CMS IQR program. The deadline for submission is February 28, 2017. In order to fulfill your requirements, Medisolv will work with your hospital to complete an Express eCQM Implementation Plan.

How can we get you up and running so quickly?
Medisolv’s Quality Reporting Software, ENCOR, extracts data directly from the MEDITECH Data Repository (DR). It’s a relatively simple process to get you set up.
What happens after submission?
After we’ve completed the Express eCQM Implementation Plan we are going to circle back to the very beginning and complete our formal process of implementing and validating eCQMs.
Our implementation process looks like this:
For a facility our size, the burden of gathering all this data was overwhelming. Now, we have quick access to obtain the data for each of our providers, and management… and that is quality performance improvement. With Medisolv, we can quickly align quality measures for Meaningful Use, Patient Centered Medical Home and PQRS.
We are better able to manage our quality measures and reporting processes, and better utilize our data.
It's a pretty tall order to have excellent quality and exceptional patient experience at a low cost, and it's getting harder and harder to do that. We're fortunate to have Medisolv, which provides a single platform within our health system focused on pay-for-performance measures, with data for us to look at that's refreshed every day.
We used Medisolv's ENCOR quality reporting solution to successfully report core measures electronically without any abstraction ... Our substantial investments in an EHR and clinical workflow optimization were crucial in the production of high quality data that made submission possible.
“This process did not start just this year for us. We have worked with Medisolv for over four years to ensure that our electronic quality measures were an accurate reflection of the quality of care in our hospital. The ease with which this submission transpired speaks to the years of mutual dedication to improving quality at Rockdale Medical Center.”
